50mm HX Roof Zip (M6-11) (1000 bx) - Colour

The 50 mm HX Roof Zip is a self-drilling hex-head screw designed for fastening metal roofing to light metal or timber battens. Its point design allows for quick installation without pre-drilling, and the head includes a sealing washer to maintain weather tightness. Available in a variety of colour-matched finishes, it blends into roof panels while providing a strong, reliable mechanical fix. It’s useful for roofing projects where speed, durability and clean aesthetics are important.

Installation Instructions

1. Use a 5/16" Hex Socket.
2. Use a mains powered or cordless screw driver with a drive speed of 3,000 RPM maximum.
3. Fit the driver bit into the screw and place at the fastening position.
4. Apply consistently firm pressure until the screw has fastened.
