Refund and Exchange Policy Terms

• Damaged or weathered items will not be considered for refund or exchange claims.

• Refund and exchange claims apply to goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you.

• Refunds and exchanges approvals are at the discretion of Statewide Building Products.

• Stock returns may incur charges at the discretion of Statewide Building Products and may include, but is not limited to, a pickup delivery fee.

• Refunds and exchanges are not normally given in the event where:

• The customer has a change of heart.

• The customer has made an incorrect selection/purchase.

• The customer has ordered the incorrect stock volumes.

• The customer cannot make use of the stock ordered.
